On June 27, 2016, Marty Deane Coffey was at work when he was shot and killed by a former employee, who had been fired about a year before. The shooter, Alfred Tankersley, later attacked another person before killing himself. Marty left behind his wife, three kids, four grandkids, and both his parents.
