On June 25, 2014, Brendan Patrick Tevlin was on his way home from a friend's house. As he waited at an intersection, two men surrounded the 19-year-old's vehicle. Ali Brown fired his gun again and again through Brendan's window, hitting him eight times. Then the gunman moved the body onto the floor of the passenger side and drove away.
