On June 7, 2019, Jason Allen Halvorson was killed outside his food truck. Charles Harris and Kareem Byrd got into an argument with Jason in the early morning, left to retrieve guns, and returned to shoot Jason. A bystander heard a series of shots, then saw Jason run a few steps before falling and calling for help as his killers ran away.
