On April 25, 2021, Michael Brian Farmer was struck by a car. Dominique Houston had been fleeing the scene of another crash, driving about 70 miles per hour through Michael's neighborhood, when she hit the 25-year-old and his dog, killing both. Dominique drove away from this second accident scene as well, but was later arrested.

Or she purposefully ran him over, then claimed she was fleeing as a cover for her premeditated murder.
