As seen with DEI. Best Buy saying not to hire Whites. IBM on film saying bonuses for not hiring Whites. DEI is basically anti White dressed as equality bullshit. I often want to state it in companies all hands meeting every time they shove that garbage into conversations. What stops this new DEi program from discriminating against White people.
This year I haven't gone to any DIE training and am waiting to see if I get confronted about it.
When you’re confronted. You can mention the IBM ceo discussing to his upper management about bonuses in not hiring a White. Or the law suit for that White nurse guy suing because he was discriminated against. Then ask if all training is considered morally and ethically correct

Fkn bullshit. Dressed up to be equal. But last time I went to corporate office (work from home). There were amazing change of Indians and females. I’m in engineering. Not a strong suit for those groups. But cheaper I guess
