Then the Jewish use the soft-hearted NGO workers to organize the mothers and publicly demand the governments their children's fathers came from help support them. What you've read from the BBC is simply the standard post conflict cover story. If you'd followed stories regarding UN soldiers, you'd know that this is just standard fare.
Don't forget, a lot of ethnic European males/females converted to Islam and went off to join ISIS. Many of those families are either wealthy or connected and will not want that secret to get out.
