From reading just this article, it sounds like this woman was murdered. Struggling is a pretty clear sign of refusing to consent. Plus intentionally not telling her she's about to die is a sign, to me, that the doctor had an idea before hand that she would refuse. The bias of this author is showing in their writing, though, so there may be some fuckery in how the description of events was written.
