1. Denmark ruling Sweden and killing off it's high nobility
At the time of Gustav Vasa (1496 – 1560) the Swedish Nation was part of the danish dominated Kalmar Union led by the danish king Christian the Tyrant 1.
The poor treatment of the Swedish Nation culminated in the Bloodbath of Stockholm (1520) where a conspiracy led to the danish slaughter of the upper echelons of Swedish Nobility including eighty-two noblemen 2.
It was Game Over, Sweden was dead forever under jewish danish control... or? Enter Gustav Vasa!
2. Gustav Vasa the last hope of Sweden
Gustav Vasa was a legitimate heir to the throne of Sweden. His family had been massacred by the Danes but had himself miraculously surived! Now he was mercilessly hunted by the danish. The destiny of an entire Nation rested on his shoulders! Sweden to be or not to be.
Many are the tales of his adventures, how the Swedish people helped him to escape by letting him stay in their houses, then escaping through various miracles when the danish patrols came to knock at their doors.
The most known adventure is the origin of the Swedish skiing race Vasa-loppet. Gustav was travelling the country away from the cucked cities out to countryside (sounds familiar?) where he hoped real men of Viking heritage would raise up and join in his battle against Christian the Tyrant and save Sweden by claiming it's crown. Vasa-loppet is a 90 kilometer distance between Mora and Sälen that Gustav Vasa travelled on skies. Vasa-loppet has been a race in Sweden anually for almost 100 years!
3. Reclaiming Sweden
Eventually Gustav Vasas efforts paid off and the farmers (always the farmers!) joined him in the final battle of Sweden The Swedish War of Liberation (1521–23). Parts of the Hanseatic League joined in on Sweden's side. Gustav Vasa was crowned King of Sweden 1523, and Sweden got rid of all jewish danish influence.
Sweden has been an independent nation ever since 3
4. Downfall of Christian the Tyrant
Christian the Tyrant survived but his career spiraled ever downward from this point. When he still had some control over Sweden in 1522 he raised a toll tax (always taxes!) between the Hanseatic Leage and Sweden which pissed both of those 2 off, and even the danish people were pissed. This led to his eventual exile from Denmark and imprisonment in (old) Zeeland (in Netherlands).
Denmark used to be a country many times greater than it's current size including the whole current Norway and other areas, but since the time of Gustav Vasa one can say Sweden started an eternal trend of conquering ever larger portions of Denmark 5.
TLDR: Don't fuck with the Swedish Nation or you might suffer for all eternity.
1 We love the danes. 2 We love the danes. 3 There is a place in Hell for anyone even thinking about the EU at this point! 4 Around that time he also created the Town Law which strengthened the rights of (((tradesmen))) at the expense of the nobility, and allowed clergy to marry! Then he converted from Catholicism to Protestantism, then when he realized he was pissing everybody off and he converted back to Catholicism again. 5 We love the danes... to conquer their territories.
