Title is kind of click-bait but its still not wrong. Also, the Datacenter hate in this specific context is full retard. This shit has been going on forever. There is a reason why the Euros "vacation" for like 3 months in the summer. They get out of the cities that are too hot (if they can). If you are/were a poor you just suffered or died.

In America even the poor retards have AC (for the most part).
