What does this have to do with cream cheese?
Philadelphia Cream Cheese is not actually made in Philadelphia, and never has been made in Philadelphia.
It it was invented in New York State. They branded it "Philadelphia" because, at the time, mostly thanks to the Amish living in surrounding Lancaster, Philadelphia enjoyed a reputation for having the best dairy in the country.
It's still good even though it was all a jewish marketing trick. I wonder how European Philadelphia cheese is compared to US.

Carob Bean Gum (heb.com) is the only sketchy ingredient in the US kind. Honestly not as bad as most American food products.
Let me know if you can ever take a picture of the ingredients on European Doritos, that I would be interested to see.
