germany, russia, uk, france, etc all suffer from this move.

ukraine loses a major carrot in any negotiation for peace.

israel doesn't have an obvious play in this.

china, india, etc don't have a play in this.

the only suspect who would benefit from this (the destruction of western europe): us.

us gets to supply europe with gas. us gets to keep the proxy war going.

who fucking knows, does it really matter? they already are lacking in turbines, it would be more likely to be an attack by canadians since we completely let off the people who tried to do that in canada, this was during a national emergency specifically targeting infrastructure mind you
