Maybe it's best to run your entire business off the books/under the table. If you do everything legit and above board, how would you stop the government from snatching your company from you? The law says you cannot specifically refuse to hire LGBTQ+ BIPoCs. The standard "just find some other excuse and say that's why they weren't hired" isn't going to work much longer.

How about when they just have a belly ache and are in a bad mood? Or their muscles are sore and they had a big fight with their wife? I'd imagine that such circumstances are similar to what a woman feels on her period.

It must really fucking suck to deal with a period monthly. But by the time they're 18 and entering the fucking workforce, they should probably be used to it by then.

This'll be great for workforce morale and cohesion. The men of a company are going to love having to do extra work for 1/4 of each month while their female "teammates" are sitting at home, collecting a paycheck while drinking wine and posting on Instagram or w/e the fuck modern women do. Yep, the male employees aren't going to begin to resent and then despise the females, that wouldn't happen, why would that happen? I'm sure the men are happy to pick up the slack, as long as Becky's tummy doesn't hurt too bad!
