Bitcoin doesn't have a vaccine passport check and can't be used to cut people off for political reasons. The entire point of bitcoin was that an electronic payment system being primary was an inevitability and it was necessary that a system that wouldn't support those controls be created ahead of time because a system supported by a government has an advantage in marketing itself and so a system competing with it would have to use first to market advantage to have enough relevancy to counteract such a system. Bitcoin was invented to avoid this entire mess.
