the same is true for me and most of Europe, we do actually have that, its pretty much just threating people and in some places like Germany holocaust denial if what you are saying was actually true imagine how many times you would have had a news story involving some one who was shitposting on 4chan ending up in jail, have you ever seen that news story? i have not, seen a few about someone being stupid and threating to stab someone on social media and then getting a slap on the wrist, the worst example is Germany because they will jail you for holocaust denial
