I've had many interactions with Europeans in my day, and they all have strong opinions about the United States, and what happens here. It has always been striking to me how simple their ideas are when compared to the real world.

So a brainwashed girl represents Europeans? During the bombing of Yugoslavia, how many Americans (and I am talking about grown men) justified it using a similar rhetoric? What was the "non-simple" idea the average American had during the war in Iraq?
