I was talking to you because you were supporting the incorrect premises stated in the article. Propaganda lies only work if they are repeated without being challenged. I try to be careful and research the truth before I comment and yet I still make mistakes. The pro-China, anti-American gaslighting is rampant.

Telling you what the report said is not supporting anything. Nor is the statement in the article a premise it's a statement. It's either true or false. Are you telling me the study is not about what it says it's about?

The "study" is a blatant lie. The great Pacific garbage patch is from discharge by china and India. It is not in any significance from fisherman or tue United States. When I pointed this out to you, you still continue to defend this propaganda. To answer your last question, yes, tue study is not about what it says it's about. The study is propaganda to deflect from the real source of ocean plastic and falsely place the blame on fisherman and the United States. It is not an environmental article, it is Chinese propaganda.
