In follow-on to 's , here's a somewhat comprehensive listing of infrastructure grades for the US. I participated in data gathering for roads and bridges at the state level back in 2014(?). Back then there was political pressure to elevate some grades so as not to give black eyes, but as it was a mostly volunteer effort by society members no quarter was given.

In that infrastructure conditions have deteriorated through time, I've heard that politicians now fully embrace the report - provides good talking points so they can leverage more money - and thereby graft - for their respective constituencies.

Might even be able to find prior years report cards in there too if you want to see trends.
