I recall water displays in the local malls and at the zoo. The water would shoot out of little holes in the floor and arc over the concourse to a receptacle on the other side. The reason the blast of water held its form as it shot across was due to an additive to the water. I think it may have been oil-based. I haven't been to a mall in forever - because niggers. Not sure if there even are any malls still up in the cities - because niggers. I suppose the water launched over the mile distance could have an additive that helps the blast to maintain its composure. The water could then have the additive removed prior to its intended usage.
