The best startegy is obviously to cooperate within one's group, cooperate with others who cooperate, and to not cooperate who those who do not cooperate. Ethnocentric startegya s tested never cooperates with outsiders and humanitarians always cooperate. This is nonesense. the human evolved strategy is to get the head out of your ass and notice ''patterns'' and then discriminate against and for tags based on their behavior (gasp!)
