Title VII of The Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex and national origin. Any violation thereof opens up an employer to an EEOC Right To Sue proceedings from the injured party.

Moreover, the SCOTUS ruling on The Students For Fair Admissions v. Harvard College et al. case this past summer cited 14th Amendment Equal Protection Clause violations.

Illegal? They don't care if it's legal or illegal, if the woke DEI mob control the upper levels of the police and justice system, it doesn't matter a shit whether it's legal or illegal. In fact, they can make it very legal through precedent. These people do not play by the rules, but they will make YOU live up to your rules while they flout them entirely (Rules for Radicals).
