There are two ways this goes. Either the legacy media stays quiet about this (as they are currently doing) and the masses of normies are lulled back to sleep, or it keeps going and eventually brings down a large part of the political/media abomination. There is a meta-scandal in all of this, which is the extent to which legacy media has gone to ignore not just one, but a string of stories that are each bigger than Watergate. There have been revelations of malfeasance and corruption every week, one that involve not only corruption but active psychological warfare against civilian populations and an information source (Twitter) whose new owner would be more than willing to expose the proof. But the media are utterly silent. Their silence renderes them accomplices, after and likely before and during the attacks on civilian populations by their own militaries. The stakes are incredibly high though, so there's likely nothing that the powers behind this won't do to try and cover it up.
