Well let's be fair here. Your average American educated leftist probably doesn't know who Mao Tse-Tung is. Further they have such short emotional attention spans that they can only concentrate on whatever is currently pissing them off right in front of their face so Hitler gets off the hook too. Table flipping leftists are programmed emotional trigger machines after all and thus suck at long term planning.
