CP still exists on twitter. People are still getting banned for wrong think and hate speech.
Is it better? It is now more of a honeypot than ever before. Is that better, in your mind?

Idk to what if any extent Musk has had an effect on reducing CP. I'm sure it is a complicated problem.
It's better than before. The files he released show collusion between Twitter and the US government (not that we needed proof). There has been more free speech, though it certainly isn't absolute.
