Idk to what if any extent Musk has had an effect on reducing CP. I'm sure it is a complicated problem.
It's better than before. The files he released show collusion between Twitter and the US government (not that we needed proof). There has been more free speech, though it certainly isn't absolute.
Better in that by disenfranchising a majority of people, they were finding alternatives that were not controlled. So yeah, he's made it worse by acting virtuous but only bringing sheep back to the plantation.
