It's fake. I was going to submit the SS the chink did, it's from cuckchan's /pol/. It's likely using inspect element to modify the webpage as it's viewed. Unless it was added AFTER the cuckchan thread and the poster is a twitter employee or something. You can test by logging in and reporting something and canceling before final report.

My read is it looks like threatening of violence is the trigger. You can question these events without threats of violence. Everything must be open to questioning in order to get to the truth. Banning speech is only used to protect a lie.
