EM has arep for being demanding. But he also has a rep for actual tech people enjoying working for him. I suspect at least some of the brew haha is from people who knew their capabilities weren't gonna cut it. Time will tell. If he is turning it into a sweat factory he won't keep real talent and it'll fail. If he's just raising the bar talented people will be happy to replace those that left. We shall see I guess.
