Posing as someone else is a crime.
In legal matters yes. On an internet social media site it's not even remotely. I know this because my name is Clarence Thomas and I'm on the Supreme Court Of The United States and am also a fat nigger.
e; Just like impersonating a police officer is a felony. But people do it on halloween and birthdays / parties all the time and it's fine because it's obvious then.
So you're saying you're only jewish on "halloween and birthdays / parties"...
Which means all the time basically
...
In legal matter? No. In any presentation of self which may prove injurious to the party. A blue check mark is supposed to lend credibility they are the party they claim to be. As such, it opens the door for criminal and civil liabilities. Nothing you stated changes this.
A blue check mark is not a legal distinction. You're intentionally mincing things that aren't relatable to try to seem either smart or correct. Twitter has zero legal requirement to verify anyone with w blue checkmark. This is what you do though. This is how you think you totally own people in nonarguments you have.
It doesn't require a legal distinction. It only requires that it gives the appearance of credibility to the average person. Which it does.
