Yeah, I would wait. The tweet simply says that he *talked* to them. They are going to sue him as soon as he starts unbanning people. (They won't win, but it will still be an expensive pain in the ass.) Having a policy in place, and then following the policy gives a lot of legal protection to this sort of thing. I'm betting that getting unbanned will probably require some kind of "verification," probably by putting in a credit card number for a $4.20 charge and then refund. Then, if you get banned again, you can't get back on with that credit card.
