Well, for the last two weeks there has been a major exodus. Also, it doesn't make sense to instantly cut 75% of your workforce without knowing who is doing what. Even if he actually said 75%, it likely actually meant a large number or majority of people over time. It's going to take time just to figure out who in management is worth keeping and to bring in his own people he can trust. Until this is done, trigger pulling is reckless.
