SpaceX is successful because they hire on merit (I was asked to interview but didn't want to move). Any effort to "become more inclusive" is a nail in their coffin. It's why NASA can't do anything right anymore. Any company hiring on merit these days will become one of the top in its field. Anyone inside attempting to change this policy is a direct threat to that company's continued success, if not existence.
