OOF. And now the true motivation has revealed itself. No wonder the banks were funding musk on this, the deal was not a buy out, the deal was to start discovery for a share holder lawsuit.

The banks are going to steal twitter right from under the lumpenprogs and their is nothing they can do about it.

Connecting the dots perhaps... Gonna have to look into this

There are a lot of dots here, like the sudden tech industry layoffs in a labor shortage, an international labor shortage. Just tech mind you, not IT infrastructure.

I think we have a big scandal about to break. Mr Musk is out for blood.

Well this is what they want so....

I was thinking about this today. The twitter people are deliberately refusing to give Musk the data because they are hoping he will drop his acquistion bid. They don't want Musk to buy the company. For his part, Musk is trying to drive down the price by highlighting the shortcomings of twitter. My prediction -- Musk will back out of the deal, when no bot data is forthcoming.

No. This is NOT a good thing at all for twitter. This opens the door for shareholder lawsuits, this also forces the SEC to get involved. This is NOT something simple, this is a deliberate use of the current financial regulations to trigger a forced public investigation. This is the foulest of the kike magic: Accountancy.

They are going to sue the board, destroy the current leadership, then buy the rest of the tech company dirt cheap then liquidate it. The question is does twitter have any dirt on some big players, and if so will they play that card in order to not get thrown under the bus. This is an 80s style hostile take over but done with a lot more planning.

Agreed. It's a ploy on the part of both sides.

OK, it's a ploy on the part of both sides. Musk has made his intentions clear, but what are Twitter's intentions? If capitalism and profits were Twitter's goal, then Musk taking over would be welcomed. This is obviously not the case. So one has to wonder, what is the mission statement of Twitter if not to make money? So funny how the west mocks places like China and Russia for their state controlled media. At least in China and Russia we know who controller the media. Who controls Twitter? And for what purpose?

but what are Twitter's intentions?

Twitter is trying to get Musk to end his buy-out attempt so they can continue doing what they've been doing.

This all feels very theatrical now...

Is anyone of high enough IQ to finally realize this was a sham to distract you and to build up musk's jew image?

My gut said this all along. Musk offers me nothing but smoke and mirrors.

I think this was some sort of game anyway. Not sure what nor the purpose.

I know one thing for sure. I don't trust Musk. Or any billionaire.
