Yeah I could see advertisers eating the loss either because they knew about it or because they see the propaganda as valuable, but the SEC would likely step in for sure.
Who knows though, maybe everyone at the SEC is kiked to the nines and would just let it happen and not take action, but I doubt it a bit because I'm sure the shareholders will be nuclear-mad.

The stock is going to tank into the ground when the real bot numbers are revealed, too. Actually probably not a bad idea to have money in a trading account ready to go to buy it when it goes to almost nothing, then when Musk nukes the bots and makes corporations pay to tweet (actually making it profitable) it should go back up pretty rapidly.
hmm. i may have to take some out of the money puts on twtr. good thinking.
