World hunger can't be solved. People breed right up to the brink of starvation. This means that certain areas of the world (niggers, mostly) will always be starving. Give them more food, they breed more babies. Teach them how to catch their own fish, they breed more babies. Give them modern medicine, they breed more babies. The only answer is to manage them like any other herd of animals.
