What is not reported here is that Putin has said he would be targeting Starlink satellites themselves. Musk is right to have the US or Ukraine pick up the tab....he didn't get a contract to provide universal battlefield comms in a hot war.....he just did it. Motorola wouldn't do it for free, no reason Starlink should do it.
