Same place I heard it. I vaguely remember hearing about NTE being sold and thinking I wonder how long it's going to last. And yes, they were expensive, but you bought part from them to fix something. I guess the new owners thought they had a gold mine instead of a comfortable income. Run it into the ground and move on.
