I started buying electronic components from them about 4 months ago. Initially, it went well. However, the last 3 orders I made were total disasters. Two out of three LCD TFT displays were cracked and two separate orders were delivered to the wrong address and I never got them. They use some courier called Speedx. They really suck. I'm going to pay more with DigiKey, but I know I'll actually get my parts.

Definitely courier problems are becoming rampant with Chinese deliveries as of late with the rise of "temu" which is same concept of wish dot Com but doing almost the same volume as Amazon. I have never received an item more than 3 weeks after payment confirmed from Ali and most of the time, I receive product in 10-14 days. As far as the courier services used, i am unsure of, but the tracking I am always given will show it leaving facility and going to mail processing center in China then no word until it hits California and tracking begins again through USPS.

To be fair though I would rather go through the ordeal since I purchase things that require prescriptions and even though I have legit prescriptions I am unwilling to spend my money through a US company that requires my entire medical record to be released to them to purchase bulk products.
