Wasn’t exposed to rain or anything. A month ago we charged a battery with it no problem. Went to 100%. Went to use it again and after plugging it in nothing on the led display came on.

It’s day ever since. I plugged it in just now and the display came on. It showed some startup info like normal then turned off. I hadn’t attached it to a battery or anything.

It wasn’t dropped, doesn’t smell like anything burned up, didn’t make any noises or anything.

I don’t want to just throw it away before asking people who may have an idea. Jewgle searches were no help.

Unless you know some local electronic shop that can diagnose/Do PCB repairs, you will probably be looking at a new one.

Bummer. I got this on a killer clearance at Sears like 13 years ago when a store near me was shutting down. I believe I only paid $35 for it.

I mean, 13 years for 35 bucks ain't bad going.

Replacing it hurts my thin wallet regardless. It’s a bummer.
