I need a bit of help in direction. I have a single phase 110/220v 200amp acdc sqaurewave inverter welder.
Specs Output Power
AC/DC
Input Voltages
110/220V ± 15%, 1-PH, 50/60Hz
Input Current
15A @110V, 30A @220V
Output Current
TIG: 10 – 200A AC/DC
Stick: 30 – 200A AC/DC
Power Factor
0.73
Power Efficiency
80%
Duty cycle @ 40°C (104°F)
60% @150A, 110V
100% @110A, 110V
60% @190A, 220V
100% @150A, 220V
I am going to buy a external welder frequency controller for it but help I need is how can I make a external box that can convert squarewave into sine, soft and triangle with turn of rotary switch? Doesn't need by a masterful product only work. Controller needs be able change waveforms and add adjustable pulse setting to welder. Goal is to either hard wire into welder between welder and output connector or inline between welder output connector and tig torch. I ain't an electronic genius as I need got into it but I did teach myself how to build guitar pickups and can make the. Sound how I want and can wire up a decently complex guitar configuration so with direction and guidance I can accomplish this as well. I did alot of Google but found nothing available as a diy project or commercial available
