I've got 3 decades old Fluke devices and they are running perfectly fine (had to replace a few caps though).

Check our Mr Carlson's Lab on Jootube. He's sharing so much knowledge about electronics.

I have to disagree with you on that. I've got several Fluke devices and they are still running fine for decades.

I've had so-so luck with them. The two Rat Shack meters I've got are still going, but I've had to toss some Fluke stuff.

The old old Nixie stuff I have is still going, but that's because it can be repaired - for the most part.
