I think three bags of 20 per color was like 15 dollars. 3. Pico PSU 80watt micro atx power supply. About 15 dollars.. Lots of spare power left over on 5 and 12 volt for whatever else you want to do. 4. Rj45 wall face mount box. I don't know how much they are. 5. Two rj45 keystones. Maybe 5 cents each when you buy 1000. I don't know I have thousands of them. 6. Aluminum flashing. Found massive roll on the side of a road. 7. Pallet wood ripped down into 2x2 inch. 8. Laptop power supply for the PicoPSU. 9. Thermal epoxy. I think that is about it. I chose cat5 because you can't mess up the connection and I am building a few for people, also the shit is cheap, got a bunch of paid for boxes from network installs.
