I'm going to ask both you and @CryptoBard to consider going us in the Friday Night Guitar Thread and letting us hear what you do. Despite the name we welcome "any instrument, any skill level". Hope to see you there, 8pm est every Friday in s/guitar.

I'm Ulor on youtube, The Return of Midas (youtube.com)

I have no problem being who I am, when I present myself on the FNG thread I will be improv-manic.

Not bad at all! I can really get into your work! Good shit man!

While I don't personally care for the genre, you are an active artist and we would welcome you being involved. Music is best when shared.

Thanks COF. I'm not really a live player. I do more of a music construction style that takes me too much time to do anything I like. My music is very synth heavy experimental and probably far outside the FNGT spectrum. It's dark and more like Sci-Fi film score material than album material. I'll see if I can find anything that I have that might fit into FNGT better before I give it a go.

Don't pre-judge how your work would be received. We welcome the diversity of styles and instruments. We are just interested in artists who produce their music and want to share it. Give it a shot and see what you think.

I'll lurk a couple of Fridays and see what FNGT is all about. If I find something I have that works out, I'll try to join in. No promises though...

But can you mash down the Chorus I and Chorus II buttons at the same time and get the Juno 106 double chorus effect on it? Yeah, I don't think so.

Well I have a General Music (GEM) Equinox MIDI Master synthesizer with two sets of MIDI IN/OUT ports that can use all 32 MIDI channels at once. It's rare and unique. What else you got, nignog?

I'm not a fan of (most) electronic music - but there are fans in the FNGT, and the thread encourages all musicians to participate.

Yes, people who make electronic music are musicians. Yes, it requires skill to make electronic music.

Just because I'm not personally a fan doesn't mean I'm ignorant of the basics. It absolutely is music and it takes great skill to reach the apex in the genre.
