I hate to be bearer of bad news, but EMPs don't warn: they just occur or they don't. Climate doesn't need to be confirmed, it always exists and has existed forever. I imagine what is meant is climate change. If that's the intention, I have yet more bad news: climate always changes and has always changed forever. Nothing new here. What is new is the despots forcing terraforming on us. They've been using weather weapons for years and subsequently blaming us for it, while keeping their experiments hidden. Bill gates has not been keeping it secret that he wants to block out the sun. He just isn't forthcoming about why.
