That thing they say never happens has been happening in every "blue" area. This is fraud. We need an amendment that states only NON-FELON CITIZENS can be counted toward congressional seats. We would find out really fucking fast how many votes have been stolen from citizens.
This should include not counting green card/visa/etc. If you cannot vote federally, you should not be counted for congressional seats.
