I think something that could be done to at least partially rectify voting integrity would be to get rid of "volunteer" election workers. Have election personnel determined by sortition (as in jury duty). Random people are selected to do the job, they fill out a brief questionnaire (which is a basic IQ test) and any who fail are automatically excluded. Removing the stupid and incompetent would be necessary. This would likely remove ~90% of niggers. Election workers are assigned randomly to stations, they do not know the political affiliation of the person next to them, they are not "organized" in any way and there is no possibility of organized activist groups seeding the poll workers with politically motivated actors. Some permanent poll workers will be required, people who know and can teach the processes to the "volunteers". But, these people will now not know the political affiliations of their volunteers. If they try to pull some shit, the likelihood that they'll be caught is much higher. This would be relatively simple to do. It will not be done because the vested interests do not want to lose their power. There might be some issues, for instance in areas that are strongly partisan measures would need to be taken to ensure that the volunteers were not a monolithic block.
