They're complicit, imo - all these election reform groups are running in circles. They've been at it for years and can no longer claim ignorance as an excuse.

Yep. I used to give them the benefit of the doubt - but no more, especially when they're ignoring people who can help. In some cases, they're hiring the opposition - disgusting.
