How is this busted? They don't choose or run the PAC. PACs are how campaign finance restrictions are avoided AFAIK.
Natalie Winters says there's an overlap of people working for Hobbs and Montoya in the video at the end of the article, roughly around the 1:30 mark to the end. Hobbs and Montoya are also FB friends. Natalie only touches upon the overlap and says there is more to come (ie apparently she has more to dig into or report out).

Natalie is bringing sunlight to their system. A first step to understanding how to destroy it. I anticipate she will have a lot more to report soon. It appears Bannon may be directing her toward high value areas to be investigated. We shall see. Bannon's knowledge plus Natalie's investigative acumen should be very effective in exposing this network/system.
