The Dominion machines are key. The CIA used them to commit election fraud in elections in other countries, and in 2020 (or earlier) they decided to use them to fix the US presidential election in exactly the same way. Of course other methods of fraud are being used to supplement the machine fraud, but the machine fraud in central to the stolen elections of 2020 and 2022. My guess is that they decided to commit fraud in the 2016 election, which is why Hillary Clinton was so sure she was going to win, and why she didn't really make an effort to match Trump's campaigning -- she thought she didn't need to do anything, and she would still win. That's why the bitch was so outraged when she lost! She knew the CIA and the rest of the Deep State crew rigging the election had messed up, and failed to get her into the White House. But they didn't fail in 2020, and now in 2022 they have their techniques perfected.
