Concurring with some of the other comments in a way I suppose..But a news website not updating in a timely fashion or otherwise incorrectly doesn't necessarily mean anything except the news website doesn't update in a timely fashion or correctly.
This isn't to say there's no fraud, either. It's just to say that what we use as evidence needs to be incontrovertible...or at least better than depending on a news website's data which may or may not be accurate at a given point in time.
