Comey admitted that Hillary illegally stored classified documents on a personal server, but he said there was no intent in the wrongdoing so she was let off. No reason to do anything about Eastman's illegal acts since Hillary set the precedent for everything being totally fine so long as Eastman didn't intend it to be a wrongdoing. Case closed.

That was just political theater to put on a good show for the masses. He remained in the presidency and was merely censured. The loss of his license obviously had no impact on his livelihood or ability to obtain income.
