People should not be allowed to be registered to vote in more than one state. Universal mail in ballot ensured that multiple votes were cast. The people caught will claim the vote was stolen and cast without their knowledge. We can NICS check for warrants in every state to buy a gun. We can surely do the same for voter registrations.
